Presently we produce first of all the reinforced and non-reinforced insulators designed for power distribution, railway electric systems, switching stations and also for transformers, having an output up to 45 kV.
In addition to the traditional process of wet machining, used in major part of our production, we also employ a process of dry machining, by which the better insulating parameters, longer surface paths at the same insulator dimensions can be obtained.
The main processes:
process of wet machining and process of dry machining
Main products made by the single processes:
Process of wet machining:
Full-core insulators, having the maximum length of 750 mm and the maximum shed diameter of 300 mm
Bushings, having the maximum length of 750 mm and the maximum shed diameter of 300 mm
Process of dry machining:
Full-core insulators, having the maximum length of 750 mm and the maximum shed diameter of 150 mm
The materials employed:
materials complying with the IEC 672.3
sub-group C110, C120 and C130.
Glaze:
the most frequent glaze colours are white, grey and brown.
Insulator testing:
particularly according to the standards IEC 137, 168, 233 and 383.
Yearly capacity: 4 000 tons |
