EN - An exclusive interview to Energopolis magazine 28.8.2009
Peter Milota, general manager of Elektroporcelan Louny has given an exclusive interview to the correspondent of Energopolis (Russia). The world crisis, its influence on functioning of the company, competitiveness of EPL on the world’s market, cooperation with Russia were the main topics of the interview. Mr. Milota said that despite the acceleration of competition because of the crisis EPL has managed to keep the existing customers and moreover to gain new markets due to in time taken measures. These measures are not going to affect negatively the quality of products, on the contrary 10 % of costs of the anti crisis program are destined for activities improving the quality of production. Within last two years the export to Russia has increased from 3 % to 12 %. This is the result of modernization of production process, staff training and implementation of new technologies. Experience of cooperation with Russian colleagues acknowledges the huge potential of further business development. The article was published in Energopolis magazine in May 2009.
